Conveniently located just off I-5, UW Medicine Primary & Urgent Care at Mountlake Terrace offers comprehensive primary care for the entire family. Services range from preventive medicine to treatment of chronic disease and acute illness to on-site lab and digital X-ray facilities. Our board-certified providers specialize in wellness medicine, women's health, family planning, and newborn and children's health.

The clinic offers primary care appointments Monday through Saturday, including evenings and same-day appointments. Urgent care services are available seven days a week. Medical advice is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Use MyChart to message your care team any time, or you may call your clinic during business hours, and you'll receive a call back within a day. When the clinic is closed, you'll reach an after-hours consulting nurse service.

We offer telemedicine visits that are by secure video using a mobile device, tablet or computer for general consultation and obstetrics (OB) services. Established patients can request a telemedicine visit by calling the clinic during business hours or logging in to MyChart to book online.

You'll also find the UW Medicine Heart Institute on-site. Our cardiology specialists provide comprehensive care for the full range of heart health and cardiac disease prevention needs. Patients receive consultation and medical care for coronary heart disease, arrhythmias, valve disease, and hypertension (high blood pressure) and diagnostic services including ECG, stress testing and echocardiography, cardiac risk assessment and ongoing cardiology care.
