When to use this service: For the treatment of health needs such as pink eye, UTI/bladder problems and motion sickness prevention. See the full list of health concerns that can be treated via E-Visit questionnaires.

Current patients can message their care team in MyChart to seek medical advice. Available during regular clinic hours.
When to use this service: For new medication requests, questions about new symptoms or problems, new referrals and more.
When do I need an in-person visit instead?
In-person visits are a better fit for any health concern where a physical examination is necessary to make an accurate diagnosis, for instance, if you have pneumonia, or when procedures are needed, such as immunizations or care for deep lacerations or fractures.
