Take a self-test. Free rapid at-home antigen test kits are available through Say Yes! To COVID Test and COVID.gov while supplies last. Tests can be purchased in stores, pharmacies, and online.

Schedule a COVID testing appointment. If your primary care provider has recommended that you be tested for COVID-19, contact their office to schedule a PCR (polymerase chain reaction) test. You can also send your UW Medicine care team a message using MyChart Messaging to confirm if you need to be tested. You will need to have a MyChart account and a UW Medicine primary care provider to use MyChart Messaging.
